WESTFIELD - Donald A. Baker, 53, of E. Rte. 20, Westfield, was charged with trespass on Friday, Oct. 19.

According to the police office, Baker was arrested for trespass around 8:30 p.m., after an alleged incident which occurred on Saturday, Oct. 13. Baker was allegedly observed by police on Village of Westfield owned property attempting to take scrap metal. Baker was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - An 18-year-old Dunkirk male was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on an arrest warrant on Saturday, Oct. 20.

According to the police office, the subject was handed over to Westfield Police by the Dunkirk Police around 1 a.m. The subject alleged had a valid arrest warrant. He was arraigned in Westfield Village Court and remanded to jail. The subject will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - An 18-year-old Dunkirk male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Saturday, Oct. 20.

According to the police office, the subject was allegedly found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana while in police custody on a different charge around 2 a.m. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Westfield Village Court on a later date.

WESTFIELD - Ryan R. Lint, 21, of Catholic Cemetery Rd., North East, Pa., was charged with fail to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunday, Oct. 21.

According to the police office, the vehicle operated by Lint was stopped for an alleged traffic infraction. During the traffic stop, officers allegedly observed a marijuana pipe in plain view. Lint was issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket. Lint will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
