WESTFIELD - Mary K. Pottenburgh, 27, of West Main Street in Fredonia was charged with no headlights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator on Saturday, July 28.
According to the police office, police stopped a vehicle allegedly operated by Pottenburgh for an alleged traffic infraction around 9 p.m. During the stop, it was allegedly found Pottenburgh's license was suspended. She was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
