A total of 33 golfers turned out including first-timers Tim Clute, Jim Clute and Larry Flick. These three plus Bill Ottaway ran away with first place, recording a round of five under par.
The foursome of Les Yokom, Harry Barton, Ray Cenni and Al Newman took second with a score of three under par. The team of Jesse Marino, Bob Rogers, Trenny, Jordan and Rick Lawson, with the same score, finished third to round out the prize winners.
In fourth place were Dave Holser, Doug Rothwell, John Ellison and Jim Quinn at three under. The threesome of Bard Schaack, Mel Allen and Al Easton came in at two below par for fifth place, while Todd Swanson, Keith Rothwell and Mike Head were sixth, also at two under.
Three teams had a score of one under par:
7th - Bob Tefft, Phil Julian, Marty Gollnitz, Lou Barresi
8th - Bill Cole, Jim Higginbotham, Bob Lokietek, Steve Woleben
9th - Dick Furman, Butch Joint, Bill Christ
Closest to pin winners were Ottaway (on No. 4) and Schaack (on No. 7).
