Warren Possession. According to Warren city police, a juvenile allegation was filed Tuesday, charging a 17-year-old male with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police came into contact with the juvenile at 7:24 p.m. on May 23, 2008. The juvenile was a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop, police said. Police then said that the juvenile had a small metal pipe in his possession, which was tested at the PSP lab, and later found positive for marijuana. Fleeing, protective equipment. Warren city police reported that at 11:44 p.m. on Sunday, Nathan S. Rohlin, 19, 80 Werner Dr., Russell, was observed on a red motorcycle by an officer in a fully marked patrol vehicle without any headgear or eye protection. Police said that in attempt to stop the motorcycle, Rohlin turned on to Franklin St., pulled into a driveway, and fled on foot. Rohlin’s charges are fleeing or attempting to elude police, limitations on overtaking on the left, no learner’s permit, and no protective equipment.
